Respect the person

Ember centers trans people and welcomes every adult. No person is required to disclose trans status, transition details, or medical history.

Protect privacy

Reports are private. Do not share reporter identities or copy report content into public channels. Exact locations and private profile fields are not evidence for ordinary queue review.

Consider context

Unwanted contact, hate, spam and underage concerns warrant review. Queue status changes organize work; they do not impose account sanctions.

Before beta

Staff MFA and audited account restrictions are implemented locally. Formal community guidelines, recovery, appeals, escalation procedures, staffing and production retention still need review before beta.
